How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by visiting the Account Recovery page.

What is my username?

You will need to know your registered email in order to see your username. Follow the Account Recovery process by entering your email. You will receive a password reset email that includes your username.

Note: You do not have to change your password if you still remember it.

I already reset my password. Why can't I log in?

If you are unable to log in after resetting your password, you are most likely using the wrong username.

If you are certain you are using the correct username and password, please contact us.

How do I purchase an HoursTracker Cloud Subscription?
How do I change the date/currency format to match my locale/region?

You can specify your locale/region preference by visiting the Account Settings page. Changing this setting will automatically format all dates and currencies displayed on the site in an appropriate fashion.

Note: This setting only applies to date/currency formats. All content will still be presented in English as we do not currently offer localized content.
